• 14×6.5" shell is a hybrid construction of aluminum and maple re-rings

• Aluminum is 1mm thick, re-rings are 10ply maple

• Hybrid bearing edges with a roundover outer and 45 degree inner cut

• 2.3mm Triple Flange Hoops

• 8 lug construction

This unique hybrid shell construction provides a dry attack from the aluminum combined with the warm low-end of the maple. The result is a drum that gives you the best of both worlds. It has the attack and projection of an aluminum snare but isn't afflicted with the ringing overtones that are common with all-metal shells.
